Less than an hour left before Christmas. There is no turkey or time to prepare a traditional festive dish. Luckily, there is some chicken fillet in the fridge. 10 minutes to prepare and 30 minutes in a slow cooker and you get a dish not worse than a turkey, but softer, more affordable and easier to prepare. While we are cooking, enjoy the Christmas flavor in the kitchen.
Cut into small cubes 200 grams of chicken fillet.
In 20 grams of refined sunflower oil, add 5 grams of orange peel, 10 grams of candied pineapple, 3 grams of table salt. Additionally: cinnamon on the tip of a baby spoon and 1 drop each of Muscat and Lemon food flavorings.
Stir the chicken fillet and flavored vegetable oil with spices and candied fruits with a silicone spatula.
Cooking for 30 minutes in a multicooker on the "Stew" program. Instead of sauce - a small amount of honey.
Serve with mashed potatoes for Christmas. Multicooker "Christmas turkey" is equally tasty hot and cold.
